Modern sports put in the forefront outstanding sportsmen with the specific individual abilities and possibilities. It demands from sports teachers of working out of individual programs of training, restoration means. It is natural that is adaptive-compensative changes will are especially individual, as they are determined by impellent actions adequate to a psycho- physiological condition, functional, molecular-cellular processes and immunological resistance. Thereupon the attention to the question on individual strategy of adaptation which at times considerably differ from modeling, group values is legally brought. Proceeding from it it is possible to conclude that in sports of the higher achievements along with group multifunctional, metabolic estimations, it is necessary for immunological resistance to reveal individual processes of reaction to applied influences
