Cosmic ray sporadic events in 2012 first half-year

Variations of rigidity spectrum, anisotropy of galactic cosmic rays (CR) and planetary system of geomagnetic cutoff rigidities during March 2012 Forbush effect and May 17, 2012 surface CR intensity increase are examined. We used CR ground-based observations at world network of neutron monitors using spectrographic global survey technique. We show variations of rigidity spectrum and CR anisotropy, indices of CR variation spectra as well as relative variations of 2, 4 and 10 GV CR intensity in solar-ecliptic coordinate system at particular periods of the event under study.
