Sports and recreational aktivities of junior school children

The article deals with approaches to the organization of sports and recreational activities among junior schoolchildren (1-4 grades). The article analyzes the main problems related to the physical activity of junior school students, including factors affecting their physical and psycho-emotional development. Methods that can be used to promote healthy lifestyles among elementary school students are described, as well as the impact of these methods on overall physical fitness and disease prevention. Methods of observation and analysis of the dynamics of physical activity were applied within the framework of the study. The obtained data confirm the need for a comprehensive approach to sports and recreational activities, including regular physical activity and parental involvement. The article also offers examples of effective programs aimed at improving the health indicators and general physical fitness of students.
