Sports tourism at the present stage

The article defines that sports tourism is an integral part of the life of most of the world's population, having a positive impact on the human body. Sports tourism in Russia is a national sport with centuries-old historical traditions. The work is aimed at studying the history of sports tourism as one of the areas in physical culture, including sports, spiritual, recreational, educational components of human life.
