Disputes about property and arbitration court

This article describes how the dispute about the property in the Independent Arbitration Court (IAC), analyzed the features of arbitration in comparison with the production of a competent court. Various measures to enhance the status and protection of the arbitrators, the features of the new Federal Law «On arbitration (arbitration) in the Russian Federation»». It is proved that the IAC is an effective mechanism to protect the rights of consumers of real estate services.
