Disputes on the determination cadastral value. Practical aspects

The author analyzes the existing judicial practice of arbitration courts of the Russian Federation to resolve disputes about the land assessment, classify them, the problem of the proper way to protect the violated rights in the exercise of state cadastral valuation of lands. In keeping with the jurisprudence projected path of its development, considering methods of following the principle of equality of the cadastral value of land and its market value set forth in Article 66 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation.
