Method of committing theft of petroleum products at railway transport facilities as a fundamental element in the structure of forensic characteristics

The article is devoted to the features of criminalistic characteristics of theft of petroleum products at railway transport facilities. The author’s defines the method of Commission as the main element of the forensic characteristics of the studied type of crime. Analyzes scientific opinions of famous scientists about the concept and content of the method of the crime, derives its definition of the method of the crime. Notes the forensic significance of its study in order to optimize and improve the methodology of the investigation.
