The ability of self-management as a development factor of professional I-conception of college students

The article considers a problem of professional I-conception of college students and their readiness for self-management. The main approaches to studying the professional I-conception have been analyzed. The results of empirical study have been presented, they reflect peculiarities of the college students ability to form the professional I-conception. A factor structure that allows to determine integrating indicators of personal values is outlined; such indicators promote its development during professional training.
