Receipt of components of emissions from motor transport happens at small height, to small speed in a prizemny layer of air, at the level of breath of the person. These conditions of emissions cause complexity of modeling of dispersion of components of emissions. In article approaches are considered and results of use of the innovative information technologies allowing to solve the specified problem with a big share of accuracy are given.
