The results of the initial testing of the artificial surface replacing snow make it possible to conclude that the artificial surface is as close as possible in its characteristics to the natural snow surface. Consequently, the skier / biathlete will not experience critical technical and biocahemical changes in movement technique, which will make it possible at the preparatory stage of training to organize the training process in conditions as close as possible to the competitive stage of training.
