Ways to improve the efficiency of recruiting

The article argues that one of the key goals of modern businesses in the area of personnel management is to ensure effi cient performance in the workplace, qualifi ed and timely fulfi llment of performance goals. The solution to this problem depends on improving the quality of recruitment. Despite the fact that there are numerous publications on personnel management in academic literature, there is still no study of ways to improve the effi ciency of recruiting. The article presents a study of these processes, suggests a classifi cation of techniques for selecting the most suitable employees. Based on the analysis of the operation of a number of businesses, the authors conclude that, fi rst of all, employers are focused on using instrumental and competence-based methods. However, ensuring effective recruitment is possible only through the use of a systematic method.
