Ways to overcome the difficulties in teaching reading in english in secondary schools

The article considers the possibilities of overcoming the difficulties in teaching reading in English in secondary schools through the use of modern teaching technologies that promote the development of communicative abilities of schoolchildren and the enrichment of knowledge on the subject, the disclosure of the child’s creative abilities, the initiation of creative environment during the training. Modern teaching technologies include forms of a student-centered approach.
