The paper inquires into mechanisms of society values transfer during the transition from traditional to contemporary culture. Objective analysis demonstrates that despite individualism growth the society keeps state forms which found a requisite minimum for relations unadapted to any other forms besides, so in spite of reforms the traditional culture mechanisms remain in the society. The research of the origins of this cultural tradition is either the source for the development of new forms of relationships, or the cause of innovation implementation in social consciousness without losing the moral guide of previous generations.
