Ways of the resolution of conflicts in the history: to the question of production conflicts in the Russian empire of the second half XIX - the beginnings of the XX centuries

In this scientific article ways of a resolution of conflicts in the history, directly production conflicts in the Russian Empire of the second half by XIX - the beginnings of the XX centuries are considered. Within concept the conflict is considered methodology of the social conflict, classification of the conflicts in the organization on interpersonal, intra personal and intergroup, between the personality and group is allocated. Studying of the social conflict in the history allocates concept historical conflictology. For definition of essence of the conflict in the organization the author considers the causes of conflict. In the second half of the XIX century in the Russian Empire there is a transition to capitalism. Emergence of the large industrial enterprises at which worked the working population of the country became one of features of national economy. Workers spent the most part of the time on production where the outlook was respectively formed. As a subject of the analysis the conflicts at the enterprise in the Kazan and Vyatka provinces are considered. The production and labor conflicts of these provinces characterize working conditions and level of production of the considered period. The careful analysis of articles of periodicals «Kazan telegraph» and «The Vyatka speech» is provided in this work. In periodicals of the considered period conflict oppositions at the industrial enterprises between employers and workers are recorded. These contradictions concerned duration of working hours, compensation, medical care, etc. But material resources or means of production were the cornerstone of any conflict. In most cases conflict situations which occurred at the industrial enterprises, came to an end in favor of the working population. It is undoubted, conducted to development of the labor legislation.
