Modes of social control of the tourist infrastructure development in the city of Rostov-na-Donu

The article reveals inefficient modes of social control of the tourist infrastructure development carried out by the administration of Rostov-na-Donu. The authors study suggestions on their optimization. The main areas of the city environment improvement, aimed at the strengthening of the tourism appeal, are developed with due regard to the results of the undertaken empirical study.
