The purpose of this article is to develop ways to improve communications in a company. The definitions of communications given by domestic and foreign scientists are presented. The communication process is briefly reviewed. The lack of effective communications leads to the fact that communication barriers may arise in the organization, therefore, the article presents a set of developed ways to improve communications in the company that affect the internal and external environment of the company.
