Ways of participation of the state and other public and legal entites in corporate legal relations

In this paper, we examined the ways in which the state and other public law entities participate in corporate legal relations, their legislative basis, based on the complex of corporate law of the Russian Federation, as well as some opinions of legal scholars on this issue.
