Methods of exclusion of the shadow relations from the labour activity by decriminalization of some articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and other regulations

The article deals with mechanism of decriminalization and elaborates suggestion on its improvement. It discusses some features of bringing to responsibility for illegal actions in the sphere of labour. The author proposes the criteria of act determination on the basis of the particular groups of factors. The conclusion of the inadmissibility of the one-sided law decriminalization is reasoned.
