In modern society, it is very often possible to observe such a phenomenon as a biased attitude towards a person because of his race, skin color, age, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, weight, height, marital status or even appearance. I am sure that almost every person in his life has personally encountered or witnessed such an attitude. This is a global phenomenon that has existed throughout the history of mankind - racial discrimination in South Africa, discrimination against Jews during World War II, the lack of women's suffrage until the beginning of the XX century, but at this time the situation is better than a hundred years ago. Unfortunately, this problem cannot be eradicated, therefore, in order to combat such an unfair phenomenon, laws are being issued that protect human rights at work or when participating in public life.
