Rights protection procedures for small business entities operating in Russian Federation

The paper has brought to light general procedures for protecting interests and rights of the sole proprietor with the public support required for, as business operation can thrive only once firm legal guarantees have been provided by the government that would contribute to up-to-date economy' growth across the country. The paper also made a review of general options list for pre-trial protection of entrepreneurs' interests.
