The article analyses the fair judiciary as a guarantee of the respect for human and civil rights and freedoms. It is argued that justice must always go hand in hand with law, legal reality, legal action and justice. It is noted that a philosophy of law will help to unite all ways of achieving justice in the work of the judiciary.
