Reference work of Samara-Kuibyshev istpart in 1920 - 1930th years

The article is devoted to the activities of the Samara - Kuibyshev istpart (the province department of the Commission of the history of the Soviet Communist Party) in 1920-1930s and based upon the archival data. It deals with one of the spheres of the istpart's activities; namely, to the delivering of the certificates and references to citizens and organizations. The special attention is given to the reasons which have induced istpart to stop delivering of references.
