This article presents the results of research volumes the ventricular epithelium of imago - worker the dark european honeybees ( Apis mellifera mellifera L. ) and carpathian honeybees ( Apis mellifera carpathica A. ) in dynamics of the year. The purpose of research - the study of adaptive mechanisms and winter-resistance races of honeybees - Apis mellifera mellifera L. and Apis mellifera carpathica A. The ventriculus - part of alimentary canal with the most intense metabolic processes. Similar cellular elements are secreting peritrophic membrane and digestive enzymes, moreover provides effective consumption of nutrients. The result of micrometric studies was revealed dependence changes of ventricular epithelium volume, and the winter-resistance of studied races of honeybees.
