Comparison of peculiarities of implementation of state policy in the electronic services sphere in Russia and Germany

The introduction of modern information and communication technologies in the activities of government bodies and local self-government bodies is a prerequisite and an indispensable resource for increasing the efficiency and quality of public administration and increasing loyalty to the authorities as a whole. The use of information and communication technologies in the sphere of public administration ensures a high level of efficiency, flexibility and efficiency of public authorities, increases its transparency, as well as the quality and availability of public services. In the article, the author examined the process of implementing the policy on the transition to the provision of public services in electronic form on the example of Germany and Russia.
