Comparison of the political characters of the first republic era in the democratic transition period of Korea and Kyrgyzstan: form of patriotic and long term dictatorship

This paper will be analyzed the political characters of the first Republic era of South Korea and Kyrgyzstan in transition period into democratization, such as the constitutional amendments, the fraudulent elections, the characters and their fates after revolution of the two presidents. In this work political character of the first era of the republic during a democratic transition period of partial corrections of the constitution in South Korea and Kyrgyzstan will be analysed. Also destinies of these two presidents will be analysed. After establishment of the Republic of Korea (RK) in 1948, revolution broke out five times, and the constitution has been corrected nine times till 1987. After declaration of independence of the Kyrgyz Republic in 1992, two revolutions and seven amendments to the constitution took place till 2010. During an era of the first republic the constitution has been partially corrected two times (1950, 1954) by the President Syngman Rhee in South Korea. And the president Akayev made the partial amendment to the constitution four times (1994, 1996, 1998, 2003) in Kyrgyzstan. These partial amendments to the constitution had to help them to hold the power for long term. For this purpose they used the forged results of elections as political deception of voters to remain in power. At that time citizens have opposed roguish elections. As result, both Presidents were sent to exile.
