Comparison of strategies for mono-grads of state significance recovery (by the example of Togliatti and Naberezhnye Chelny - the Volga region autograds)

Ways for the recovery of such centres of Russian automobile industry as Togliatti and Naberezhnye Chelny which are mono-orientated cities are considered in the article. A comparative analysis of strategic plans for the development of these mono-grads is presented.
