This article discusses the results of practical application various methods of fractal deter-ministic chaos applied to the analysis of electroencephalograms (EEG). Was searched method for the differentiation of the state of the level of activity in the brain at different ambient light. The three methods used in the work: the method of false nearest neighbors, rescaled range Hurst and approximate entropy, a positive result was achieved only with the help of the ap-proximation entropy. Given to justify the use of these methods and discuss the results.
