Comparative characteristics of the legal regulation of the procedure for concluding agreements in civil and arbitration proceedings

This article is devoted to the study of regulatory regulation of the institution of the settlement agreement in civil and arbitration proceedings. The thesis on the need to unify the norms of civil and arbitration procedural law is supported. The article provides a comparative analysis of the current legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the institution of the settlement agreement, notes the general and distinctive features of the procedure for concluding an amicable agreement in civil and arbitration litigation.
