Comparative estimation of anti-recessionary measures of development of economy in Russia and other states

In the article the comparative estimation of anti-recessionary measures of economy development of Russia and other countries, including the countries of the Post-Soviet period are presented. The author allocates and systematizes the basic problems of the countries of Europe, the USA, Russia and other states; the basic anti-recessionary actions connected with preparation for the second wave of crisis in such countries as Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus are defined. Analytical data on dynamics of gross national product in 2010–2012 are presented and anti-recessionary directions of Russia economy development are defined.
