Comparative assessment of the level of digital technology diffusion in the business sector in Russia and foreign countries

The article makes a comparative assessment of the level of diffusion of digital technologies into the business sector of Russia with EU countries, some Scandinavian and Asian countries. It was revealed that Scandinavian countries and a number of European states occupy advanced positions in this direction. Models of digital economy of some foreign countries occupying advanced positions in this direction are considered. The need to take into account the state of the country as a whole, the digital skills of the population, measures taken by the authorities of the country, the scientific activities of educational organizations and many other factors are justified when solving issues of digitalization of the entrepreneurial sector.
