Comparative legal characteristics of the structures of the Russian criminal law and the criminal laws of some African states (on the example of the Republic of Mozambique, the Republic of Guinea-Bissau and the Republic of Mali)

Some provisions of the criminal legislation of the Russian Federation and the criminal laws of African countries, such as the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, the Republic of Mozambique and the Republic of Mali are considered as a result of a comparative legal study. In particular, attention is drawn to the structure of the existing criminal laws of the above-mentioned African countries, the content of key aspects of the general norms of the criminal law has been studied, the hierarchical model of law-enforceable interests conditioned by the structure of criminal laws has been analyzed, as well as the specifics of the operation of these criminal laws in time are selected.
