Comparative legal analysis of state and dynamics of the criminal violation of the rules ensuring the safe operation of transport

The article carries out a comparative legal analysis of state and dynamics of the criminal violation of the rules that ensure safe operation of the transport. The data are based on the analysis of the number of registered crimes under the Art. 268 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, as well as the results of the preliminary investigation of such offences from 2009 to 2014.
