A comparative study of administrative acts on issues of organization of work with freelance staff of Russian internal affairs bodies

The article is devoted to the comparative study of three abolished legal acts on organization of work with freelance staff of Russian law enforcement agencies. The author defines the essence of the value of the investigated acts, make conclusions about their historical and genetic ties, identified the textual, teleological, ideological and other features of the compared documents, in a new way the question of the assignment of a particular classification group.
