Comparative study of b chromosome morphotypes of the korean field mouse (Apodemus peninsulae) from Priamurie

The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of Apodemus peninsulae karyotypes from the insufficiently explored Middle Priamurie region and adjacent territories. The authors carried out a comparative analysis of numerical characteristics and frequency of B chromosome morphotypes in animals of the Upper, Middle and Lower Priamurie, as well as in species from central, eastern, western and southern parts of the Primorsky Territory. Spatial and temporal instability of the species by these parameters have been revealed. It is discovered the clinal variability relevant to the loss of rare B-chromosome morphotypes in populations of the considered region - from the East to the Northwest.
