Comparative studying the of chronic influence of cadmium and lead ions on superoxide dismutase dynamics activity in tissues of carp fingerlings

The article investigates the effect of cadmium chloride (1,0 mg / l) and lead acetate (0,5 mg / l) on the activity of superoxide dismutase in the internal organs of carp fingerlings. The research results indicate the presens of tissue-specific in change superoxide dismutase activity as a result of developwent of stressful reaction at the fishes influence of ions of cadmium and lead. We studied indicators can be used as a biochemical marker for quick valuation of the effects of heavy metals on a condition of gidrobionts and their habitat.
