The comparative study of neurotoxic actions of the salts lithium

Organized study of neurotoxic actions ascorbat and carbonate lithium on white mouse of BALB/c line. Define factors of sharp toxicity of these preparation. Histologic study of the cerebrum has allowed to define that using the carbonate lithium was accompanied expressed neurotoxic influence, ascorbat lithium has shown the absence of destroying effects in contrast with checking. Herewith, LD50 of ascorbat lithium has formed 4844,8±142,8 mg/kgs that witnesses about low toxicity.
