Comparative analysis of automated passenger preflight screening systems at the airport

The article presents a comparative analysis of modern automated passenger preflight screening systems used at Russian and foreign airports. Advanced technological solutions aimed at improving aviation safety, their principles of operation, as well as key advantages and limitations are investigated. The comparative analysis made it possible to identify the effectiveness of automated systems in various operating conditions. As part of the study, a classification of preflight inspection systems was developed based on their functionality and the level of automation of business processes, which reflects the scientific novelty of the work and contributes to a structured presentation of modern technologies in this field. The presented results can be used by airport managers, aviation regulators, as well as developers and suppliers of automated solutions to optimize pre-flight procedures and improve passenger transportation safety.
