Comparative analysis of private and state property

Any national socio-economic system is based on existing types of property and types of relationships between them. Research and determination of the effectiveness of organizational and economic mechanisms for the practical use of various types of property allows you to determine what goals it is aimed at and whose interests it serves, as well as justify the need for its privatization or nationalization. The article deals with the structuring of the problem of analysis and comparison of private and state property, which makes it possible to identify their features and build an algorithm for their comparison, which is carried out according to the following main factors: the purpose of production, development strategy (planning), control, ethics (morality and morality), industrial and foreign economic policy.
