The article analyses the peculiarities of intercultural business communication of employees in West-European companies by case study of German and Spanish enterprises. Their main corporate values and operation principles are discussed. The authors analyse the differences and similarities between the corporate cultures of the two countries as a reflection of basic values of the national cultures.
