The comparative analysis of the main aspects of implementation of rules of international law in the sphere of fight against corruption in the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic

Purpose: A research of formation of the industry legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic in the context of realization of rules of international law in the sphere of fight against corruption. Methodology: Historical and legal, legallistic and comparative and legal methods. Results: Scientific-theoretical researches and practical examples, and also questions of fight against corruption on the basis of precepts of law are analyzed. The main goal of the reforms which are carried out in the Azerbaijan Republic in the sphere of fight against corruption consists in minimizing of the relations the official citizen, expansion of use of information technologies, the accounting of the obligations following from rules of international law, and recommendations of various international organizations. Fight against corruption plays an important role in the prevention of other types of adjacent crimes, and also makes impact on formation of trust to the state. Novelty/originality/value: Article has great scientific value from the point of view of consideration of precepts of law and practical activities in the sphere to fight against corruption and increases in transparency.
