Comparative analysis of state and municipal procurement in regions 2017-2020

The article shows a comparative analysis of state and municipal purchases in the regions of the Russian Federation, such as: Voronezh, Kaluga, Kirov, Murmansk, Yaroslavl regions, Khabarovsk region, the Republic of Tatarstan, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, the Republic of Chuvashia. The National Procurement Transparency Rating makes it possible to assess the qualitative and quantitative assessments of the financial losses of the state in case of low competition. Studying the problems of carrying out procurement activities in the regions allows us not only to define Moscow as the leading region of Russia in the field of state and municipal procurement, but also to pay attention for the key drawbacks that require unification and integration of activities on a single methodological platform.
