Comparative analysis of the trademark institute in Russia and France

The article is devoted to intellectual law. The article compares the institutions of trademarks on the example of two countries, namely, Russia and France. The order of registration of trademarks in these countries is determined. A description is given of the authorities exercising regulation in the field of intellectual property.
