The comparative analysis of a chemical composition of essential oils of some spicies of Thymus L is resulted., growing in Buryatia and Mongolia. Componential composition of essential oil is investigated by chromato-mass spectrometry method. It is identified more than 40 components in samples of essential oil. Dominating components of essential oils are p-cymol, γ-terpinen, borneol, α-terpineol, tymol, carvacrol.
