Comparative analysis of cells with histic general markers involved in regulation of apoptosis and proliferation, their diagnostic effectiveness in patients with follicular adenoma of thyroid gland

The article presents new data on the study of common markers CD95, CD95L, p53 (р53 bright, р53 dim), bcl-2 (bcl-2 bright, bcl-2 dim), КІ-67, that are involved in the regulation of apoptosis and proliferation, and expression of membrane and intracellular proteins / receptors / on the THG tissue cells, their diagnostic efficacy, using the method of cells phenotype flow cytometry in the tissues of follicular thyroid adenomas (ATHG- thyroid gland).
