The work presents the theoretical aspects of the personality of teachers of different types of educational institutions. The empirical study to identify the influence of personal characteristics, organizational factors and work in a social shelter on psychological health of teachers has been conducted. Personality traits of 145 teachers of different types of educational institutions have been identified.
