Comparative analysis of methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of energy saving technologies and measures: the regional dimension

The article reviews and compares the regulatory and methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of energy-saving technologies and measures, in particular the methods used in the domestic practice of the regional economy, the conclusions and judgments, and the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques. The object of the research in this work are normative and methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of energy-saving technologies and measures, and the subject is the potential for improving the energy efficiency of production activities.
