Comparative Analysis of Recruitment Methods Used by Russian Staffing Agencies Based on Specialization

This article presents a comparative analysis of personnel recruitment and assessment methods employed by staffing agencies in Moscow, considering their industry specialization. The study aims to identify the most effective methods used for various industries and position levels. The analysis examines data from 60 staffing agencies specializing in different sectors of the economy. Based on qualitative and quantitative analyses, predominant recruitment approaches are identified according to agency specialization. The research reveals that agencies specializing in IT actively utilize technical interviews and hard skills assessment, while agencies targeting management positions employ assessment centers and 360degree feedback. The prevalence of various selection methods was analyzed, and key candidate sourcing channels used by the agencies were identified.
