Nowadays it is not infrequent that non-Islamic sources of information, statements of politicians, that are not familiar with Muslim traditions or being very perfunctory acquainted with this religion, slogans of public awareness campaigns diffuse impression about inhuman nature of Islam and Islamic Justice. They pretend it being atrocious, ruthlessly invalidating the value of human life. That sort of allegations stimulates researchers to redress the injustice through an unbiased approach to the problematics, to analyze and to draw an analogy between Islamic principles of Justice and those of other religious legal theories. The article examines the essence and fundamental principles of Muslim Justice, their impact on Procedure and suggests comparative analysis of proceeding guidelines in Islam and Judaism.
