Comparative analysis of career-oriented personality types of Mongolian and Russian high school students

This article deals with creation of the career-oriented personality typology of high school students. The author carries out an analysis of the occupational classification of personality types of Mongolian and Russian high school students and their correlation with the types of professions. The psychological aspects of professional self-determination of students of the two countries are discussed.
