The article is devoted to the study of Russian and foreign experience in managing infrastructure projects. The paper examines key aspects of infrastructure project management, including planning, financing, implementation, and monitoring. The authors analyze successful experiences from Russia and foreign countries, highlighting their approaches to public-private partnerships, the use of digital technologies and environmental standards. Special attention is paid to the issues of regulatory regulation, the role of state institutions and the participation of local communities in decision-making. Based on the analysis, the main differences and similarities in approaches to managing infrastructure projects in Russia and abroad were identified. It has been established that foreign experience is characterized by more flexible financing mechanisms, active innovation and a high degree of involvement of the private sector. At the same time, Russian practice demonstrates strengths in terms of centralized management and scaling of projects at the macro-regional level.
